OVERVIEW

Standard Chartered Bank has been operating in Singapore since 1859. On 13 May 2019, we have successfully completed the transfer of our Commercial Banking, Corporate & Institutional Banking and Private Banking businesses from our Singapore Branch into our local subsidiary Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited (“SCBSL”), where our Retail Banking and Business Banking businesses have been operating since 2013.

We continue to offer our clients the same access to leading products, facilities and services while leveraging our unique, extensive network to add value to their banking needs.
