Annual Fees Principal card: S$327 (including 9% GST) from 1 January 2024.
This annual fee is waived off for the first year.Supplementary card: S$163.50 (including 9% GST) from 1 January 2024.
This annual fee is waived off for the first 5 cards.
Finance Charges Effective Interest Rate (“EIR”): 27.9% per annum (minimum). If payment is not made in full by the due date, finance charges will be calculated on a daily basis at 0.076% from the respective transaction dates for all transactions to the date the payment is received.
Cash Advance Your cash advance fee per transaction is 8% on the Cash Advance, subject to a minimum fee of $15 plus Finance Charges at 0.082% per day on the amount withdrawn from the date of the transaction until the date of full payment.
Late Payment Charges A late payment charge of S$100 will be charged if minimum payment due is not received by the due date.

If your credit card is newly approved and you wish to have a free credit report*, you may obtain it within 30 calendar days upon card approval via the credit bureau website  or at their registered office. You will need the following documents to obtain the free credit report:

  • Age
    • 21 to 65 years old
  • Minimum Annual Income
    • For Priority/Private Banking customers:
      • Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents: S$30,000
      • Foreigners with Employment Passes: S$60,000
  • Employment Pass Holders
    • Foreigners must be holders of P1, P2 or Q type Singapore Employment Passes
    • Q Pass holders must have minimum one year validity remaining on their passes
    • Employment Pass must have at least 6 months’ validity

Documents Required

  • You will need:
    • Copy of NRIC /Passport
    • Copy of Employment Pass (with at least 6 months’ validity)
  • If you are currently employed (any of the following):
    • Most recent computerised payslip
    • Latest 6 months CPF Contribution History Statement
    • Latest Income Tax Notice of Assessment + latest month computerised payslip/6 months CPF contribution
  • For self-employed
    • Copy of latest income tax notice of assessment (must be in business for a minimum of 2 years)
  • For commission earner (any one from below)
    • Latest 3 months payslip + Latest income tax notice of assessment
    • Latest 6 months CPF contribution history statement

Terms & Conditions

    1. To qualify for the Relationship Rewards, you must charge at least S$500 worth of retail transaction(s) to your Visa Infinite Card in a particular calendar month.
    2. The Relationship Rewards (360° Rewards Points) will be credited into the valid Priority Banking Visa Infinite Credit Card monthly.
    3. Priority Banking Visa Infinite Credit Cards that have been terminated will not qualify for the Relationship Rewards.
    4. Priority Banking Visa Infinite Credit Cards that are in delinquent status do not qualify for the Relationship Rewards.
    5. 360° Rewards Points can only be earned on personal mortgage loans, investments, fixed deposits and current and savings accounts where the principal Priority Banking Visa Infinite Credit Card holder is the primary account holder. Mortgage loans, investments, fixed deposits and current and savings accounts that are closed within the month will not earn any 360° Rewards Points.
    6. The qualifying mortgage loan balance is the period end balance of commercial mortgage loans and equity loans of the previous month. Loan amounts that are approved but not disbursed do not qualify. A minimum loan of S$100,000 in period end balance is required to qualify for the Relationship Rewards. The maximum points for mortgage loans that can be granted is 5,000 points per month.
    7. The qualifying balance of investments is the total monthly average balance of Unit Trusts, Medium Term Notes, Structured Deposits, Retail Bonds, Premium Currency Investment and Equity Linked Notes of the previous month. CPF-purchased funds do not qualify. The maximum points for Investments that can be granted is 500 points per month.
    8. The qualifying balance of current and savings accounts is the total monthly average balance of all local and foreign currency accounts of the previous month. The maximum points for Current and Savings Accounts that can be granted is 5,000 points per month.
    9. The qualifying balance of fixed deposits is the total monthly average balance of all local and foreign currency fixed deposits of the previous month. The maximum points for fixed deposits that can be granted is 5,000 points per month.
    10. The period used for balance calculation for all the products in Relationship Rewards is based on calendar month; e.g. 1 January – 31 January, 1 June – 30 June, and etc.
    11. The methods used to compute qualifying balances are at the sole discretion of the Bank.
    12. Mortgage loans, investments, fixed deposits and current and savings accounts in foreign currencies will be converted into SGD at the foreign exchange rate determined by the Bank. Such rates may fluctuate from time to time.
    13. The Bank reserves the right not to reward Relationship Rewards on any particular mortgage loans, investments, fixed deposits and current and savings accounts, products or cards at its sole discretion.
    14. The Bank may from time to time change the Terms and Conditions for Relationship Rewards.

FAQs

  • Not all transactions are eligible qualify for reward points. You must charge an eligible retail transaction to earn reward points. Please visit https://av.sc.com/sg/content/docs/sg-pbvi-tnc-full.pdf to view the list of transactions which are not eligible to earn rewards points.

  • To apply for your complimentary Priority Pass membership, simply activate your principal Standard Chartered Priority Banking Visa Infinite Credit Card and SMS PBVI< space >PP< space >last 4 digits of credit card number to 77222 (Example: PBVI PP 1234) using your registered mobile number with the Bank.

  • There is no expiry date on your rewards points earned on your Standard Chartered Priority Banking Visa Infinite Card.

  • You may enjoy complimentary Travel Insurance worth $50,000 each for you and your spouse when you charge to your card at least once when overseas. Please click here for terms and conditions.
