These are online transactions, denominated in Singapore dollars, spent in the following Merchant Category Codes (MCCs) and/or merchants.

  • Transport merchants with MCCs 4111, 4121, 4411 and 4789
    (E.g.Grab, Gojek, Cabcharge Asia, Tada, Ryde Technologies, Royal Caribbean Cruises and Easybook.com )
  • Grocery/food-stores with MCCs 5411, 5462, 5499 and 5921
    (E.g. NTUC FairPrice Online, NTUC FairPrice app, Lazada Redmart, Watson’s Singapore and Nespresso Singapore)
  • Food deliveries with MCCs 5811, 5812 and 5814
    (E.g. Foodpanda, Deliveroo, McDonald’s, KFC, Pizza Hut, Dominos Pizza, Chilli Api Catering and Qi Ji Catering)

Online transactions are card-not-present (CNP) transactions identified via merchant category codes (MCC). These category codes are assigned by Visa, merchants and acquiring banks (and not SCBSL).

If the transaction doesn’t fall under the assigned category codes, it will not qualify for 3 miles bonus. The list of MCC which qualify for 3 miles bonus is available in our Journey Credit Card Terms & Conditions.

Note: Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Garmin Pay (mobile wallets) are not CNP transactions

You will earn a maximum of 3,000 miles (credited in equivalent 360o Rewards Points) for bonus spend categories

Your miles will be credited as 360o Rewards Points.

  • Base 360o Rewards Points will be credited when your eligible transaction is posted
  • Bonus 360o Rewards Points will be aggregated and credited on your statement cycle date

There is no cap. You can continue to earn 1.2 miles for every S$1 spent locally and 2.0 miles for every S$1 spent overseas.

There is no pre-registration required. Simply spend on your Journey credit card and we will credit cashback equivalent to the foreign transaction fees you have been charged. For self-employed
  • Copy of 2 year income tax notice of assessment (must be in business for a minimum of 2 years)
For commission earner (any one from below)
  • Latest 3 months payslip + Latest income tax notice of assessment
  • Latest 6 months CPF contribution history statement
  • Latest 3 months payslip
  • Copy of 2 year income tax notice of assessment ( For 100% commission earner)

Annual Fees

Principal card: S$196.20 (including 9% GST) from 1 January 2024

Note: If you have selected the “FEE WAIVED” option when applying for the card, you will receive an annual fee auto-waiver for the first year.

For annual fees in the second and subsequent years, receive 10,000 miles upon renewal of your Card and payment of the annual fee. The renewal bonus will be credited by the end of the following month.

Finance Charges

Effective Interest Rate (“EIR”): 27.9% per annum (minimum). If payment is not made in full by the due date, finance charges will be calculated on a daily basis at 0.076% from the respective transaction dates for all transactions to the date the payment is received.

Cash Advance

Your cash advance fee per transaction is 8% on the Cash Advance, subject to a minimum fee of $15 plus Finance Charges at 0.082% per day on the amount withdrawn from the date of the transaction until the date of full payment.

Late Payment Charges

A late payment charge of S$100 will be charged if minimum payment due is not received by the due date.
