Is there an interest charged on the instalment amounts for SC EasyPay?

There is no interest charged (processing fees may apply) for transactions converted into instalment payment amount with SC EasyPay. However, if the outstanding balance on the credit card is not made in full by the payment due date, finance charges of 26.9% will apply. How will I know the service fee that I will be charged?

Selected clients will receive an offer on the service fee of 0/0.1/3% for conversion to 3-months instalments or the Purchase Promo offer as stated in the targeted SMS sent to them upon transaction with credit card at the merchant. For the offer on service fee, the amount will be reflected in the SC EasyPay application form on SC Mobile when they are converting their eligible transaction.

Can I use the same link triggered upon transaction A to convert another transaction (transaction B) into EasyPay?

The link triggered upon one transaction (transaction A) is unique and only applicable to transaction A. Another SMS with a separate link may be sent for transaction B, subject to eligibility.

Can I share my personalized link with my friends / family for them to convert their transactions?

The link is unique to that particular cardholder’s eligible transaction and is not transferable to friends/family. It can only be used for the particular transaction referred to in the notification sent.
