Eligible customers will receive a push notification via the SC Mobile App within seven (7) working days of the approval of thier Beyond Credit Card or attaining a Priority Private relationship with the Bank, with details on how to redeem the Accor Plus Explorer Plus membership.

 

1. What does the Accor Plus Explorer Plus membership entail?

Accor Plus is the most expansive travel, dining and lifestyle programme which enables members to do more across Asia Pacific.

Your Accor Plus Explorer Plus membership includes an extensive range of benefits including 2 Stay Plus complimentary nights, accommodation and dining discounts of up to 50%, invitations to exclusive member events and experiences, Elite status in ALL – Accor Live Limitless, Accor’s global lifestyle loyalty programme, early access to Accor hotel sales, and more. Accor Plus member benefits are applicable at over 1,000 participating Accor hotels and resorts, and 1,400 Accor hotel restaurants across 20 countries.

2. Who is eligible for this Accor Plus Explorer Plus membership?

This service is exclusively for principal cardholders of the Beyond Credit Card with a Standard Chartered Priority Private relationship status.

 

3. How can I access my Accor Plus account? How do I start using my Accor Plus Explorer Plus membership?

You will receive a push notification via the SC Mobile app within seven (7) working days of the approval of your Beyond Credit Card or attaining your Priority Private relationship status with Bank (whichever is later):

Click on “Redeem now” to access your redemption code and view the expiry date of your Accor Plus Explorer Plus membership. To start enjoying this exclusive privilege, use the redemption code to sign up for your membership account via the Accor portal http://www.accorplus.com/sg/beyond.

4. When will my Accor Plus Explorer Plus membership take effect?

Your Accor Plus Explorer Plus membership is effective as soon as you complete your membership registration. You will receive a welcome email from Accor Plus within seven (7) working days of your successful Accor Plus enrolment, where you will be provided with more information on how you can download your digital Accor Plus membership card and access your Accor Plus member benefits.

 

5. How long is the Accor Plus Explorer Plus membership valid for?

You are entitled to a 12-month Accor Plus Explorer Plus membership upon Beyond Credit Card account opening, subject to being an existing or qualified Standard Chartered Priority Private relationship status with the Bank.

 

6. What are the participating hotel brands in the Accor Plus Programme?

10. Do all restaurants at Accor hotels offer member dining benefits?

Accor Plus member dining benefits are applicable at participating Accor hotel restaurants across Asia Pacific when a valid membership card is presented. Accor Plus member dining discounts may not apply on seasonal or special menus and are not applicable for in-room dining and items from the kids’ menu. 11. Can I still sign up for the complimentary Accor Plus Explorer Plus membership if I have an existing Accor Plus membership?

Yes, please use a different email address to sign up for your Accor Plus Explorer Plus membership. Please note that membership benefits across multiple Accor Plus memberships cannot be stacked.

 

12. Will I be able to register the same email address as my existing Accor Plus membership?

Unfortunately, each Accor Plus membership requires a unique email address; each email address cannot be used for more than one (1) membership.

 

13. I just registered for the Accor Plus membership. Why is my membership expiring in less than 12 months?

The validity of your Accor Plus Explorer Plus membership is contingent on your Priority Private banking relationship with Standard Chartered Bank.

In other words, if you open your Beyond Credit Card account before attaining a Priority Private relationship status with the Bank, your 12 month Accor Plus membership commences at your Beyond Credit Card account opening date, but is only valid from the date that you attain your Priority Private banking relationship with the Bank.

For example, if you open your Beyond Credit Card account on 1 Jan but only attain a Priority Private relationship status with the Bank on 1 Mar, your Accor Plus Explorer Plus membership window will be from 1 Jan – 31 Dec, but you may only utilise the benefits starting from 1 Mar.

However, rest assured that your Accor Plus membership will subsequently be renewed for another 12 months after expiry, as long as your Priority Private banking relationship with the Bank remains unchanged.

 

14. Can my Accor Plus Explorer Plus membership be shared with my family and friends?

No, the Accor Plus Explorer Plus membership is strictly for the use of the principal cardholder of the Beyond Credit Card only and is non-transferable.

 

15. I am continuing my Priority Private banking relationship with Standard Chartered Bank. When will my Accor Plus membership be renewed?

Your Accor Plus Explorer Plus membership will be automatically renewed upon expiry. You will not need to take any further action to facilitate this.
