Frequently Asked Questions – Beyond Credit Card “The Luxe Plate” Birthday Meal Programme @ Lerouy

Eligible customers will receive a push notification via the SC Mobile App two (2) weeks before your birth month with details on how to redeem the complimentary Birthday Meal .

 

1. What is “The Luxe Plate” Birthday Meal Programme @ Lerouy about?

Happy Birthday! Every Principal Cardholder of the Beyond Credit Card is entitled to a complimentary birthday meal at our Michelin-starred partner restaurant, Lerouy, Singapore.

 

2. What is the Birthday Meal inclusive of?

You may take your pick from the Birthday Menu presented to you – please check with Lerouy for the latest selection. If your selected items are not included on the Birthday Menu, it will be separately charged to your Beyond Credit Card.

 

3. How do I redeem my complimentary Birthday Meal?

To ensure a smooth redemption process, do follow these steps:

  • Have your Beyond Credit Card details on hand – this will be requested in the course of placing your reservation.
  • Make a reservation for your preferred date and time via Lerouy’s website or calling Lerouy at +65 6970 9001.
  • Mention “SCB Complimentary Birthday Meal” when placing your reservation.

This meal is applicable for dine-in only and cannot be used on the eve of public holidays, public holidays, and special festive days such as Valentine’s Day, Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day, etc. Blackout dates will also apply when the restaurant is closed for private events.

 

4. How do I redeem my Birthday Meal when I turn up for my reservation?

Please see below for an illustration of the user journey:

a. You will receive a push notification on the SC Mobile app two (2) weeks before your birth month:

b. Click on “Redeem now” to view more details of the Birthday Meal offer, such as the Partner Restaurant’s phone number, expiry date of the Birthday Meal e-voucher, etc. This is the page that you should present to the Front-of-House before your meal for verification and redemption.

Do note that if you fail to present your Birthday Meal redemption code prior to your meal, no redemption will be permitted even if you present your Beyond Credit Card at the end of the meal.

c. when you are at the Restaurant, the staff at the Partner Restaurant will enter a redemption key.

5. Why do I have a pending amount on my Beyond Credit Card after placing my reservation?

A small holding fee (S$60 for lunch or S$90 for dinner) will be temporarily placed on your Beyond Credit Card. Don’t worry; this will be refunded after you dine. However, if you cancel or no-show within 72 hours of your reserved timeslot, the fee will be charged.

 

6. How long is the Birthday Meal valid for redemption?

Your Birthday Meal redemption code is valid for two (2) months from the date of issuance. Please ensure that your reservation date falls before the expiry date.

 

7. Can I exchange the meal for cash or transfer it to a loved one?

The Birthday Meal is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash. It is a one-time birthday treat, just for you!

Loved ones joining you for Birthday Meal will enjoy 15% off when the bill is charged to a SC Beyond Credit Card.

 

8. Can I combine this with other offers?

The Birthday Meal cannot be used alongside any other promotions.

 

9. What happens if the partner restaurant loses its Michelin star?

If our partner restaurant loses its Michelin star, we will pause the programme temporarily and source another Michelin-starred gem for you.
