Frequently Asked Questions – Beyond Credit Card Priority Pass Programme

1. What is the Priority Pass Programme?

Both principal and supplementary cardholders of the Beyond Credit Card get unlimited access to Priority Pass lounges, complete with a bonus of six (6) guest visits per calendar year. This means you and your travel companions are covered for comfort on your next journey.

 

2. Who is eligible for the Priority Pass Lounge Programme?

Both principal and supplementary cardholders of the Beyond Credit Card are eligible. You can use the Priority Pass Lounges without additional charges, and share a quota of six (6) guest visits per calendar year between yourself and your supplementary cardholder(s).

 

3. Do I need to enrol in the Priority Pass Lounge Programme?

No, you do not need to enrol. Simply present your physical Beyond Credit Card and mention “Priority Pass” at the lounge reception to gain access.

 

4. Can I use a digital version of the Beyond Credit Card for this Programme?

No, only the physical Beyond Credit Card is eligible for this programme. A digital card version cannot be used for entry.

 

5. How does the guest visit quota work?

Each principal cardholder of the Beyond Credit Card has a quota of six (6) complimentary guest visits per calendar year. This quota can be shared between yourself and your supplementary cardholder(s).

 

6. Can guests enter the Priority Pass Lounges without me, the principal or supplementary cardholder?

No, guests must be accompanied by either the principal or the supplementary cardholder of the Beyond Credit Card to enter a Priority Pass Lounge. Each guest visit will count as one (1) guest visit from your quota.

 

7. What happens if I exceed my guest visit quota?

If you use more than the six (6) complimentary guest visits in a calendar year, additional guest visits will be charged at Priority Pass’s prevailing rate.

 

8. When does my guest visit quota reset?

Your guest visit quota resets on January 1 each year.

 

9. How will I be charged for excess guest visits?

Charges for visits exceeding the complimentary guest visit quota will be applied to your Beyond Credit Card by Priority Pass (A.P.) Limited at their prevailing rate. If your Beyond Credit Card is inactive, the charges may be posted to another active account with the Bank.

 

10. Where can I find a list of participating Priority Pass Lounges?

11. What happens if my Beyond Credit Card is cancelled or blocked?

If your Beyond Credit Card is cancelled, blocked, or not in good standing, your access to Priority Pass Lounges will be terminated/suspended.
