1. Fullerton Dining Promotion (“Promotion”) is valid from 1 April 2019 to 30 December 2020 (“Promotion Period”) and is applicable to both Principal and Supplementary Standard Chartered Visa Infinite Credit Cardholders (collectively “Eligible Cardholders”).
2. Under this Promotion, Eligible Cardholders and their dining companions (the “Dining Party”) may enjoy up to 50% off A La Carte Food Items and selected buffets (as defined in Clause 6(b) and Clause 6(c) below) at all eight (8) participating dining establishments of The Fullerton Hotel Singapore & The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore. The amount of discount the Dining Party will enjoy depends on the number of Guests (as defined in Clause 3 below) contained in such Dining Party and is subject to satisfaction of all terms and conditions herein.
3. “Guests” for purposes of this Promotion means:
   1. the relevant Eligible Cardholder that orders at least one (1) A La Carte Food Item (as defined in Clause 6(c) below); and
   2. such Eligible Cardholder’s dining companions that are six (6) years of age and above that each order at least one (1) A La Carte Food Item (as defined in Clause 6(b) below).

To illustrate, if a Dining Party comprise two (2) Guests (one of which is the Eligible Cardholder) and a child who is of the age of five (5) and below who does not order one (1) A La Carte Food Item, such child will not be a Guest for purposes of this Promotion. The discount under this Promotion on A La Carte Food Items (as defined in Clause 6(b) below) ordered is that applicable for a Dining Party made up of two (2) Guests.

4. The full discount structure is described below.

5. The 8 participating dining establishments of The Fullerton Hotel Singapore & The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore comprise the following:
   1. Jade (The Fullerton Hotel Singapore);
   2. Town Restaurant (The Fullerton Hotel Singapore);
   3. Post Bar (The Fullerton Hotel Singapore);
   4. The Courtyard (The Fullerton Hotel Singapore);
   5. La Brasserie (The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore);
   6. The Landing Point (The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore);
   7. Lantern (The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore); and
   8. The Clifford Pier (The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore),

(collectively, the “Participating Dining Establishments”).

6. Terms of usage include the following:
   1. Full payment of the final bill at the Participating Dining Establishments must be made using a Standard Chartered Visa Infinite Credit Card for Eligible Cardholders and their Guests to enjoy the discount under this Promotion.
   2. The Promotion is valid for a la carte food only and selected buffets as listed in Clause 6(c), which excludes set menus, promotional menus, children’s menus (as set out in more details in Clause 6(j) below), buffets which are not listed in Clause 6(c), drinks, banquet, catering, takeaway, private dining, service charge and GST (“A La Carte Food Items”).
   3. Buffets and corresponding restaurants which offers the eligible buffet that are valid for the Promotion are set out in the table below.

   4. The Promotion is not valid on the eve of public holidays, on public holidays themselves and other blackout dates as determined by the merchant, including but not limited to the fifteen (15) days of Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day, Easter Weekend, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, F1 Weekend and Thanksgiving, unless stated otherwise.
   5. The discount on A La Carte Food Items available under the Promotion to the Dining Party depends on the number of Guests in such Dining Party.
   6. The discount available on the A La Carte Food items ordered by members of a Dining Party is applicable on a maximum of eight (8) A La Carte Food Items if the Dining Party comprises nine (9) or more Guests. For the avoidance of doubt, the Dining Party must contain the Eligible Cardholder and the Eligible Cardholder must be a Guest. If a Dining Party comprises ten (10) diners and nine (9) A La Carte Food Items are ordered, such Dining Party consists of nine (9) Guests. The 15% discount will be applied on a maximum of eight (8) A La Carte Food Items and such A La Carte Food Items will be those with the highest value in the total bill.
   7. Splitting of bills is not permitted. Only one (1) Eligible Card is to be used for every bill payment and the Eligible Cardholder must be one (1) of the diners for that particular restaurant’s bill to participate in the Fullerton Dining Promotion.
   8. Menus, prices, change of concept, participating outlets and operating hours are subject to changes during the Promotion Period.
   9. The Promotion is not applicable with other discounts or promotions run by The Fullerton Hotel Singapore and/or Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore. Advance reservations are required during promotions run by The Fullerton Hotel Singapore and/or Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore and high occupancy at restaurants at hotels may restrict seating availability.
   10. Children will be considered as a Guest for the Promotion only if the child orders from the full priced adult a la carte menu. For the avoidance of doubt, meals ordered from the children’s menu as indicated and determined by the dining establishments of The Fullerton Hotel Singapore & The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore listed out in Clause 5 above will not be eligible for Promotion.
   11. The Fullerton Hotel Singapore & The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore may restrict seating availability at specific restaurants during high occupancy. An allocation will be made for Eligible Cardholders when required. Advance reservations quoting your status as an Eligible Cardholder will be required. Tables may not be available to Eligible Cardholders in selected restaurants in the event the allocation for Eligible Cardholders have been taken up on specific dates.

7. Privileges are not exchangeable for cash or other items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, privileges, promotions, discount schemes, loyalty programmes, discount cards or vouchers, unless otherwise stated.
8. The Bank reserves the right to do any of the following without prior notice:
   1. terminate, withdraw, shorten or extend the Promotion in the Bank’s sole and absolute discretion, with or without prior notice or reason; and/or
   2. vary, modify, add or delete any of the terms of the Promotions.
   3. The Eligible Cardholder agrees and consents to be bound by any such variation.
9. Promotions are subject to the individual merchant´s terms and conditions. Please check with the relevant merchant or outlet concerned
10. The Bank reserves the right to determine in its sole and absolute discretion the eligibility of a Cardholder for the Promotion. The Bank’s decision in all matters arising out of or in connection with the Promotion is final and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained.
11. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall, to the extent of such inconsistency, prevail.
12. These Fullerton Dining Promotion Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with our Customer Terms, Credit Card Terms, Standard Chartered Visa Infinite Promotion Terms & Conditions and any other specific Product Terms that may be relevant in connection with this Promotion (collectively “Other Terms“). In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and the Other Terms, these terms prevail only to the extent of such inconsistency.
13. The Bank makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, merchantability or fitness for services bought and accepts no liability for the services provided by any merchant or service provider. Any dispute about the same must be resolved directly with the merchant or service provider.
14. The Bank is not an agent of any merchant or service provider or vice versa.
15. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions has no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
16. These terms and conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of these terms and conditions shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.
