  • To enable this feature, you must meet our requirements set out in our terms, including that you must be the primary account holder of your account, your account must be a personal account (not a joint account), and your account must be valid and in good standing.
  • If you have an existing Debit Card linked to this account, once you enable the multi-currency feature:
    • debit card transactions in the enabled foreign currency shall be paid for by debiting the transaction amount from the relevant foreign currency balances in this account, provided that there are sufficient available funds in that currency;
    • if there are no/insufficient funds of the relevant foreign currency in this account, the transaction shall be paid for by debiting the full transaction amount from the SGD balances in this account, and such transaction will be subject to the relevant fees and charges as indicated in the Pricing Guide;
    • if there are insufficient funds of both the relevant foreign currency and SGD in this account, we will decline the transaction;
    • you will not be able to disable the feature unless you close the account.
  • You may be subscribed to receive e-statements for the currencies you choose to enable.
