Next Day Cash Terms and Conditions

1. Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited (the "Bank")'s Next Day Cash is a service whereby if an applicant successfully submits a completed application to the Bank for a personal loan by 2 p.m., and the Bank approves such an application, the Bank will disburse the funds on the next working/banking day (Monday-Friday, excluding Public Holiday).
2. Next Day Cash is subject to the Bank’s approval of the application which must satisfy the Bank’s criteria, including our credit and risk management policies, as well as prevailing laws and regulations. The Bank reserves the right to reject any application which does not fulfil our criteria at our discretion.
3. Next Day Cash service is only available on Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays), provided that the duly completed application form and all supporting documents are submitted and received by the Bank before 2p.m. on a working/banking - day. In the event that the bank needs to contact you for additional information/confirmation to complete the application, standard processing turnaround time will apply.

4. If the Bank is unable to process your application due to system failure, system outage, malfunction, delay or any other circumstances whatsoever, whether within our reasonable control or otherwise, the Bank may not be able to provide the Next Day Cash service and the Bank disclaims all liability arising for any such delay including any loss, damage or inconvenience caused to/incurred by you the applicant, or any third party arising from or in connection therewith.
5. The Bank will notify the applicant of the Bank's final decision on the application, whether approved or otherwise in writing. Approved customers will also be notified via SMS.
6. The Bank may vary, modify, add, delete or otherwise revise any of the terms and conditions governing the Next Day Cash service or to terminate, withdraw the service at any time at the Bank’s sole discretion, with or without prior notice or reason.
7. The Bank reserves the right to determine at its sole and absolute discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with the service, including your eligibility for the service. The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to this service shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
8. These Next Day Cash Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with the Bank’s Customer Terms, the Current / Cheque / Savings Account and Time Deposit Terms, the Personal Loan / Personal Line of Credit / Overdraft Terms, the Credit Card Terms, the CashOne Product Terms and/or the Credit Card Credit Card Instalment Loan Product Terms (as the case may be) (the “Other Terms”). In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and the Other Terms, these terms prevail only to the extent of such inconsistency.
