Terms and conditions of Mutual Funds RSP Campaign

1. During the campaign period (from April 1, 2025 to June 30, 2024), new MF RSP subscription (excluding money market funds) through the bank’s internet/mobile banking could enjoy up to 80% off discount on the subscription fees starting from 36th successful subscription, 65% off discount on the subscription fees from 12th to 35th successful subscription, and 50% off discount on the subscription fees from 1st to 11th successful subscription for each subscription amount no greater than NT$ 100,000. For example, Wilson made RSP subscription to fund through the Bank’s Internet Banking in April 2025 and set subscription amount of NT$2,000 each time. The subscription fee board rate of the fund is 3%. When the cumulative number of successful subscriptions falls between 1st and 11th time, the subscription fee discount is 50% off, that is, the subscription fee will be NT$30 (2000* 3%*50%); when the cumulative number of successful subscriptions reaches between12th and 35th (inclusive), the subscription fee discount is 65% off, that is, the subscription fee for each subscription is NT$21 (2,000*3%*35%). When the cumulative number of successful subscriptions reaches the 36th or above, the subscription fee discount is 80% off, that is, the subscription fee will be NT$12 (2000 * 3% * 20%)
2. The cumulative number of successful subscriptions is calculated based on the same trust account of the same person. The cumulative number of successful subscriptions is calculated since the establishment of the trust account. Different trust accounts of the same person or different trust accounts of different people cannot be combined for calculation. In the event of failed subscription or suspension of subscription, it will not be included into the cumulative number of successful subscriptions
3. If the customer subsequently switches the investment of the trust account to other funds, the conversion part is also applicable to the discount of this campaign. Subscription fee is calculated based on the fee board rate announced by the bank at the time of subscription.
4. In the event of fund liquidation, merger, quota control, fund de-registration in Taiwan and other matters declared by the fund managers make the funds unable to subscribe or matters stated in the general agreement of the trust, the discount cannot be applied.
5. The funds applicable to the campaign are limited to the funds actually sold by the bank at the time of subscription (not applicable to money market funds and funds that are limited to subscriptions by professional investors), and this discount cannot be used in conjunction with other discount；fund subscriptions, redemptions, conversions, and related restrictions and precautions are subject to the announcements on the Bank’s websites.
6. Rules for the same trust account: if the preset subscription days fall on public holidays, the subscription will be postponed to the next business day. If the next business day is also the preset subscription day, subscriptions will be made on the day together. Further, if the scenario happens to be 11^th and 12^th or 35^th and 36^th times of subscriptions, the applicable discount rate will be the discount rate of the earliest subscription of the day and the applicable rate will apply to all subscriptions in the same day. The discount rate of the next subscription after the day will be based on the cumulative number of successful subscriptions. For example, if the 11th (preset day is public holiday) and 12th times of the subscriptions will be on the same day, the 50% discount off on the subscription will be applied to all subscriptions on the day, and the 65% discount off on the subscription fee will be applicable until the next subscription. For example, assuming April 19th to April 20th are holidays and April 21st is a business day, Wilson has a trust account that accumulated 9 successful subscriptions before April 18th, and the subscriptions in April are set on April 19th (10th time), April 20th (11th time), April 21st (12th time). Since the first two subscriptions fall on holidays, and they will be postponed and done on April 21st, and 50% discount off on the subscriptions fee will apply to these three subscriptions. The next subscription after April 21st (exclusive) will apply to the 65% off discount on the subscription fee, and so on.

Terms and conditions of Mutual Funds Online Discount Campaign

1. During the campaign period (from April 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025), mutual fund lump sum subscription via SCB online / mobile banking could enjoy discount 40% off on the subscription fee, no limit on subscription amount and number of subscription.
2. In the event of fund liquidation, merger, quota control, fund de-registration in Taiwan and other matters declared by the fund managers make the funds unable to subscribe or matters stated in the general agreement of the trust, the discount cannot be applied.
3. Terms and conditions of Foreign Exchange Birthday Rewards

1. The campaign period starts from 1st January 2025 to 31st December 2025. (Only available during TWD FX service hours)
2. The TWD FX service hours refer to the period from 09：00 to 15：30 (exclude) on bank business days.
3. This campaign is only applicable to qualified personal account customers who have opened the foreign currency deposit account, registered the birthday information in our bank, and makes eligible foreign currency exchange transaction through the Online Banking or Mobile Banking platforms.
4. Customers who log into the FX trading platform in our Online Banking and Mobile Banking platforms during TWD FX service hours (from 09：00 to 15：30 (exclude)) in their birthday month are eligible to enjoy the discounts upon complying with the requirement: the customers exchange the designated currency pairs and the amount of selling currency exceeds the minimum threshold.
5. If the customer is eligible for two or more than two discounts of　”Welcome rewards”, “Birthday rewards”, and “Membership rewards” at the same time during the campaign period, the customer can only apply one discount. The priority is “Birthday rewards”—> “Welcome rewards” —> “Membership rewards”. Please contact the customer service or relationship manager for any question.
6. The designated currency pair and discount are：

7. For those who set up a standing instruction for foreign currency exchange, the designated foreign currency exchange date should be set in customers’ birthday month within the campaign period, and the exchange transaction must be successfully executed in customers’ birthday month within the campaign period to enjoy the exchange rate discount shown on the promotion page of the foreign currency exchange trading platform of the bank. The actual foreign currency exchange trading services that may be set during this activity period are based on the current provision of the foreign currency exchange trading platform.
8. The Bank reserves the right to change or to suspend or terminate this campaign. If the details are not defined, the definition in the general agreement for account opening of the bank shall be used as the basis. If there are other matters, it shall be based and refer to relevant laws and regulations and the Bank’s general agreement on account opening.
9. The exchange rates of currencies fluctuate; currency exchanges and foreign currency deposits may result in gains or losses. Customers are responsible for all regulation restrictions, gains and losses, and risks (including but not limited to exchange rate fluctuations, political, and country risks) regarding foreign currency exchange between TWD and non-TWD currencies and between non-TWD and Non-TWD. Losses may occur when converting foreign currencies, with the maximum loss being the entire principal plus interest amount. Clients are advised to make a prudent assessment of the risk of loss when converting the foreign currency invested into TWD or other foreign currencies.
10. The exchange limit of foreign currency exchange transactions should comply with the relevant regulations, including the amount of CNY bought and sold through the account of each individual customer per day shall not exceed CNY20,000 (the limit for buying and selling is calculated separately), and the transfer between TWD and foreign currencies. The single and accumulated foreign exchange settlement amount per person per day is limited to less than TWD500,000 (not included) or its equivalent in foreign currency (buying and selling is calculated separately). The limit shall include in transactions from all channels.
11. When customers proceeding FX transactions between TWD and other foreign currencies, the aggregate amount through all channels will be accumulated each day and the accumulated amount must not exceed TWD500,000 (included). If the TWD related amount in a single transaction or aggregate transaction reach TWD$500,000 (included), please visit our branch in person and make the foreign exchange declaration in accordance with the Central Bank’s “Regulations for Reporting Foreign Exchange Receipts, Payments, and Transactions”.
12. In accordance with the ” Regulations Governing the Declaration of Foreign Exchange Receipts and Disbursements or Transactions ” of the Central Bank：
    • The declarant shall not avoid making a declaration in a piecemeal manner, intentionally fail to make a declaration, or make an inaccurate declaration via electronic banking or other electronic channels when making a TWD foreign exchange. To prevent illegal or improper transactions, the Bank reserve the right to control or restrict abnormal transactions.
    • Untruthful declarations are subject to a fine between TWD30,000 and TWD600,000, pursuant to Paragraph 1, Article 20 of Foreign Exchange Control Act.

Terms and conditions of Foreign Exchange Welcome Rewards

1. The campaign period starts from 1st January 2025 to 31st December 2025. (Only available during TWD FX service hours)
2. The TWD FX service hours refer to the period from 09：00 to 15：30 (exclude) on bank business days.
3. The new customer who never log into the FX trading platform in SCB Online Banking website and Mobile Banking app are eligible for this campaign. Customer may enjoy the discounts within 30 days from the day of their first login.
4. Terms and conditions of Foreign Exchange Member

1. Terms and conditions of Foreign Exchange Member Plan:
   • This membership reward is only applicable to those who have opened a personal account in Standard Chartered Bank (Taiwan) Limited and conducts FX transaction through Online Banking, Mobile Banking, or through the foreign exchange trading system (RM Portal) by phone banking via treasury specialist or relationship manager.
   • The membership tier will be determined according to the accumulated transaction amount of eligible transactions within a specific period notified by the Bank through announcements or other means. The accumulated transaction amount will be automatically calculated after each successful qualified exchange transaction by the customer.
   • Eligible foreign currency exchange transactions refer to any completed foreign exchange transactions. If the customer’s transaction currency is non-TWD (both buying and selling are non-TWD), the transaction amount will be based on the amount of TWD converted at the relevant foreign currency exchange rate determined by the Bank.
   • The Bank reserves the right to determine the calculation method applicable to the relevant product/service of the promotion.
   • The membership reward is not applicable to those who enjoy the Bank’s employee benefit.
   • The membership identification is based on the customer’s National ID Card Number or Alien Resident Certificate Number, any renewal or amendment to the ID card number or Alien Resident Certificate Number will result in recalculation on the accumulated transaction amount for the membership tier.
   • The Bank reserves the right to change or terminate this campaign and reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions.
2. Membership tier: Standard Chartered Bank provides the following four levels of foreign exchange membership. The transaction thresholds for each level of membership are as follows. When you become a member of this tier, you will start to enjoy the benefits we provide to members of this tier.

3. Membership calculation mechanism

• • Upgrade of membership tier: As long as your accumulated transaction amount achieved the system setting threshold of 6 month. Then you can be upgraded and enjoy the discount, your new membership tier will be effective till the next accumulate period.
  • Update the cumulative amount of foreign exchange transactions: You have six months to accumulate transaction amounts and update the membership tier. At 00:00 on the first day of every six months (January 1st and July 1st each year), the system will Confirm your accumulated exchange transaction amount for the past six months, and your accumulated transaction amount will be reset to zero when recalculating the next cycle.

4. Adjustment of membership tier: If your current accumulated foreign exchange transaction amount does not reach your current membership threshold within the six-month cumulative period, the system will update your membership level on the first day of every six months (January 1st and July 1st each year) according to your accumulated currency exchange transaction amount in past 6-month cumulative period, and immediately apply the new membership tier.

Terms and conditions of Foreign Exchange Special Rate Time Deposit Offer

1. Period: From 1^st Apr 2025 to 30^th Jun 2025 before 15:30
2. Eligibility Customers: Standard Chartered Bank (Taiwan) customers (exclude corporate banking customers)
3. Promotion Details:
   • During the promotions, clients are eligible to enjoy the time deposit programme benefit if meet the minimum transaction amount from any foreign currencies to designated currencies (minimum amount 50,000 for USD, GBP, AUD, CAD, EUR, SGD, NZD；minimum amount 10,000,000 for JPY) through your relationship manager or our professional specialist team.
   • This promotion is only applicable to branch transactions conducted through your relationship managers or our professional specialist team for currency exchange. It is not applicable to Online Banking / Mobile Banking. The special rate time deposit is only applicable through branches, phone banking or MyRM. Also, both currency exchange and special rate time deposit can only be conducted by the account owner personally.
   • During the promotion period, each currency exchange transaction must meet the minimum transaction amount requirement. The minimum transaction amount is calculated based on the currency purchased by the customer in the exchange transaction and is only applicable for special rate time deposit with the same currency. There is no limit to the total amount of currency exchange transaction for customers. There is also no limit to the total number of special rate time deposit transactions that can be made in a day. However, the total amount of special rate time deposit made in the day cannot exceed the total amount of currency exchange transactions with currencies that are eligible for this promotion on the same day.
   • The total amount of special rate time deposit made in the day cannot exceed the total amount of currency exchange transactions with currencies that are eligible for this program on the same day. The minimum amount of special rate time deposit is 10,000 unit for USD, GBP, AUD, CAD, EUR, SGD, NZD；The minimum amount of special rate time deposit is 2,000,000 unit for JPY. For example, if a customer buy GBP50,000 against USD in a single transaction on the same day, the customer could open up to 5 special rate time deposits of GBP10,000 each. However, the total amount of special rate time deposit cannot exceed GBP50,000.
4. During the promotion period, the actual yield for customers is calculated by dividing the preferential annual interest rate by 360 and then multiplying it by the number of days the deposit is held, with a maximum of one week (seven days). (Please note that for deposits in GBP or SGD, the actual yield is calculated by dividing the preferential annual interest rate by 365 and then multiplying it by the number of days the deposit is held, with a maximum of one week). For example, if the preferred annual interest rate for the USD time deposit under this promotion is 8.88% and the deposit is held for one week, the actual yield for the deposit during the promotion period is calculated as 8.88% divided by 360 and then multiplied by 7. For example, if the preferred annual interest rate for the JPY time deposit under this promotion is 6.88% and the deposit is held for one week, the actual yield for the deposit during the promotion period is calculated as 6.88% divided by 360 and then multiplied by 7.
5. The time deposit amount under this program cannot continue to be deposited at the promotion interest rates. Upon the one-week time deposit expiration, the interest rate will be calculated according to the Bank’s board rates for the duration of the deposit. For other matters not covered in the promotion details, the rules and regulations specified in the customer’s account opening agreement and relevant account opening documents with the bank shall apply.
6. If a customer terminates the time deposit prior to its expiration, the promotional annual interest rate shall no longer apply, and there will be no interest calculated for the deposit duration given the holding period is less than one month.
7. If the customer’s eligibility is not fulfilled, the Bank may request the customer to terminates the deposit prematurely or change to the bank’s ordinary time deposit rate without offering the promotion interest rate.
8. Tax Regulations：The interest obtained by the customer from this promotion is based on relevant regulations in accordance with the Income Tax Act of the Republic of China.
9. Foreign exchange transactions must comply with relevant foreign currency exchange laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
   • The exchange limit of foreign currency exchange transactions should comply with the relevant regulations, including the amount of CNY bought and sold through the account of each individual customer per day shall not exceed CNY20,000 (the limit for buying and selling is calculated separately), and the transfer between TWD and foreign currencies. The single and accumulated foreign exchange settlement amount per person per day is limited to less than TWD500,000 (not included) or its equivalent in foreign currency (buying and selling is calculated separately). The limit shall include in transactions from all channels.
   • When customers conduct currency conversion transactions between TWD and foreign currencies, the amount of foreign exchange settlement at the counter and through all electronic channels will be accumulated each day and the accumulated amount may not exceed TWD500,000 (include). If you wish to make FX transaction with an aggregate amount or single transaction amount of TWD$500,000 (included) more than TWD500,000 (include), please visit our branch in person and make the foreign exchange declaration in accordance with the Central Bank’s “Regulations for Reporting Foreign Exchange Receipts, Payments, and Transactions”. According to the Central Bank’s ” Regulations Governing the Declaration of Foreign Exchange Receipts and Disbursements or Transactions “：
     • When the applicant conducts TWD currency exchange against foreign currencies, evading the declaration by breaking it up into parts in prohibited. Deliberately failing to declare or making a false declaration. To prevent illegal or improper transactions, the Bank has the right to control or restrict abnormal transactions.
     • If the applicant makes false declarations, a fine of TWD30,000 to TWD600,000 shall be imposed in accordance with Article 20, Item 1 of the Foreign Exchange Control Act.
