Withdraw cash from the ATM without using an ATM card.
Step 1
Log in to your SC Mobile app
Step 2
Select ‘Cardless Cash’ under the main menu
Step 3
Select ‘Myself’ if you want to withdraw the cash yourself.
Select ‘Third Party’ if you are sending the cash to someone else.

For self-withdrawals, select the account to be debited, input the amount to be withdrawn (multiples of 10,000), and any remarks for your reference.

Review the details before confirming the transaction

For third party withdrawals, input the mobile number of the beneficiary (or choose from the contacts in your phonebook); select the account to be debited, input the amount to be withdrawn (multiples of 10,000), and any remarks for your reference.

Input the One-Time Password (OTP) sent via SMS to your mobile number; and click ‘SUBMIT’ to complete the transaction

The voucher number will be sent automatically to the beneficiary’s mobile number via SMS.
Step 5
To view status of the transaction, click on “Withdrawal Status”
Step 6
Transactions with status showing as:
Pending – Beneficiary has not yet withdrawn the cash. Pending transactions can be cancelled, and the funds will automatically be credited back to the sender’s account.
Cancelled – Transaction is cancelled automatically if the voucher expires or if 3 invalid attempts are made while trying to withdraw the cash at the ATM.
Completed – Beneficiary successfully withdrew cash from the ATM.
Step 7
To cancel a pending transaction, click on the dropdown arrow in order to expand the transaction details.
Step 8
Select ‘CANCEL WITHDRAWALS’
Step 9
Confirm that you want to cancel the transaction by clicking on ‘Yes, Cancel it.’
Step 10
Transaction is cancelled and funds are automatically reversed to the account
