This is an account designed to suit your lifestyle whilst giving you full control of your
banking anytime, anywhere.

  • You can open this account by downloading our SC Mobile App from Google Play Store or iOS Appstore.
  • Once downloaded click on ‘Apply for products’ then select Digital life current account follow prompts to open the account.
  • Open the SC Mobile App
  • Click on track application –
    • In case you did not complete / submit your application, you will be taken to the last step you were. You will have less than 30 days to complete your application.
    • In case you completed / submitted your application, you will be able to view your application status
  • Click on ‘Register Here’ on the SC Mobile App, input the temporary login credentials sent to you to enable you register for online banking
  • The Username will be sent to your email and the password to your mobile number.
  • Once you have input the temporary credentials you will be able to change the username and password to your preferred details and successfully have registered for online banking.
  • The temporary login credentials are valid for only 5days.

You will be able to reset your login credentials using the SC Mobile App

  • Open the SC Mobile App; click on ‘Forgot’ and follow prompts
  • You will be able to reset your log in credentials using either your account number or card number
  • Login to the SC Mobile App
  • Note your ’13 digits’ account number
  • Click top left corner to reveal main menu.
  • Go to > ‘Service Requests’ > ‘Card Management’ > ‘Activate Debit Card & Set PIN’
  • You will be able to set your ‘4 digit’ PIN known to only you
  • Transfer funds from your mobile money wallet to your account;
    • Dial *185*6*1*5# & follow prompt to send money from any MTN mobile money wallet to your Standard Chartered account.
    • Dial *185*7*1*9# & follow prompt to send money from any Airtel money wallet to your Standard Chartered account.
  • Transfer funds from another account you have with us by logging onto online banking or using the SC mobile app.
  • Deposit funds on your account at our cash deposit machines.
  • Deposit funds on your account at any Standard Chartered Authorised Agent or any other bank Agent with a handshake logo.
  • Log into the SC Mobile App, under the main menu bar select “payments”
  • Select ‘add biller’ under Payments tab
  • Select biller type – Airtime, Mobile Money or Utilities (YAKA,NWSC, DSTV/STARTIMES/GOTV
  • Follow prompts and proceed to make payments
