Clare Francis featured in the OUTstanding LGBT+ Ally Executives Role Model List 2020

19 January 2021, London – Standard Chartered Bank is proud to announce that Clare Francis, Regional Head, Client Coverage, Europe has been ranked 14th in the OUTstanding LGBT+ Ally Executives Role Model List 2020.

Clare is an inclusion champion and since joining the Bank in 2017 has been committed to driving equality in the business and beyond. She is an active member of the Diversity and Inclusion Global Council and the Europe Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

Clare has shared insights on career progression, inclusion and the importance of global collaboration and published articles to highlight the importance of D&I in driving European businesses forward. She has led joint forums with Standard Chartered Bank’s Employee Resource Groups and several external clients to discuss leadership in D&I and the bank’s commitment to “doing the right thing”, which are essential for future sustainability and purpose.

Commenting on her inclusion in the list, Clare Francis said: “I am incredibly proud to be included in this list alongside so many great allies. By celebrating our diversity and valuing the different experiences and skills each one of us brings, we can create an environment where everyone can thrive and fulfil their potential, for the good of all our colleagues, clients, and communities.”
