How To Apply

  • Use your Standard Chartered credit card to purchase at any store or e-commerce website
  • Primary cardholder can convert transactions to Flexi instalment plan via Internet Banking/Mobile Banking or text TGF [ID] to 8069 via phone number registered with the Bank ([ID] is ID or Passport number registered with the bank.) (VND1,000/ SMS)
  • Primary cardholder is required to do this after receiving purchased items and no later than 03 working days before next statement date. The Bank will contact the primary cardholder within 02 working days of receiving the text message to assist with the request.
  • If the Bank is unable to contact cardholder within 2 working days, primary cardholder should contact the Bank at 028 73000730 or 024 73000730 for further assistance
