Application Eligibility

  • Vietnamese citizen
  • Age: 24-60 years old
  • Minimum net monthly income via bank account: VND 8 Million
  • Minimum length of employment:
    • Probation must be completed
    • At least 3 months in current job. If not,
    • At least 1 year Labour Contract with previous employer is required
  • Having temporary residence at one these areas:
    • HCMC and satelite areas
    • Ha Noi and satelite areas

Document Requirements

  • Personal Loan Application Form
  • Copy of valid ID/ Passport
  • Copy of permanent residence book OR KT3
  • Proof of Income: Bank statement AND/OR Payslip for the most recent 3 months (6 months if variable income)
  • Employment documents: Copy of Labor Contract OR Company Confirmation letter
  • Individual document requirements may vary depending on individual case
  • For payroll customer: Payroll Transfer Letter

A bank account will be opened for repayment monthly if your loan is approved. The approved loan amount will be transferred depend on loan purpose and document submitted for disbursement method

Bank will automatically deduct the repayment amount monthly from your account (payroll account or saving account) with Standard Chartered. All you need to do is to transfer salary or maintain sufficient account balance to repay monthly loan amount, the rest will be done by Bank on your behalf.

If you change your mailing address or any other personal information such as mobile phone, home phone, etc., you can access to Standard Chartered online banking and update information or you can call our Call center 028 39110000 / 024 36960000 and request for help. You can also go to Branch to make the change by filling the Change of Particular form which Bank staff will provide you.
