Whether you’re paying for your Standard Chartered credit card or personal loan, you can do it all at over 2,200 Payoo outlets.
| Step 1: Primary cardholder / account holder comes to one of the outlets of the stores listed in the table below. You can look up the nearest store here. |
| Step 2: Dip your credit card (for credit card repayment) or debit card (for loan repayment) into the card reader and provide the amount you would like to make re-payment for.
Note: In order to accurately capture your 16 digit card number, the counter staff will insert your card into the terminal for recording only. There will be no charge to your card, all repayments are cash only. |
| Step 3: Make the payment in cash at the counter. |
| Step 4: Get a receipt and reconcile all details. Request to rectify if there is incorrect information. Retain this receipt for your records. |
| Note: Repayment transactions must be made by primary cardholder and should be done at least 3 working days before the due date. The maximum repayment amount is VND25 million per transaction and VND100 million per month. Cut-off time:

Payoo is a channel of repayment for your Standard Chartered credit card’s outstanding balance and Personal Loans monthly payment through their partners’ store chains of: Circle K, Family mart, VinMart, Vinmart +, Vinpro, Aeon mart, B’s mart, Ministop, Ecomart, Điện máy Pico, Media mart, Hoang Ha Mobile, Điện máy HC. You can refer to the nearest store here.
No. You can only use Payoo Repayment service at our selected partners’ store chains. And it will be applicable to all stores under each chain.

Yes. You can use this service during operational hours of mentioned outlet’s network.
During working days: repayment made by 5pm will be recorded within the day. Repayment made after 5pm will be recorded in the next working day.
During weekends and holidays: all repayments will be recorded in the next working day.
You are encouraged to make payment 3 days in advance before the payment due date to avoid any late payment.
