The Standard Chartered QR Cash is a service for Automatic Teller Machine (“ATM”) cash withdrawal using SC Mobile. It is a cardless withdrawal experience by scanning the QR Code on ATM.

What are the benefits?

24/7 - Fast, convenience and secure. You can pre-stage your cash withdrawal instruction in SC Mobile before you arrive at our ATM and withdraw cash quickly by just scanning the QR code display without your ATM card and PIN.

Standard Chartered customers who have eligible banking account for cash withdrawal can use this service. No registration is required.

QR Cash is available at all Standard Chartered ATMs and designated JETCO ATMs located in Hong Kong. You can locate your nearest SC ATM using SC Mobile and check the list of JETCO member banks with cardless withdrawal service at both SC and JETCO’s public website. Alternatively, you can also identify ATM for cardless withdrawal by searching for a “JETCO cardless withdrawal” sticker attached on ATM.

Which account I can use?

Same currency from Savings, Current, Integrated Deposits Account in HKD or RMB and Credit Card account in HKD are applicable.

QR Cash is supported by both Standard Chartered and JETCO ATMs. Pre-filling the instruction in advance to save time at ATM

Enjoy immediate cash withdrawal or later

Choose to withdraw immediately or within 60 minutes after initiate cash withdrawal instruction.

Remark:
*Daily cardless withdrawal limit is HKD10,000 or equivalent currency subject to Terms & Conditions. This limit is within the daily ATM withdrawal limit assigned to each customer or the available credit limit for the case of using credit card account to withdraw.

Set up instruction and withdraw now

Step 1

Select "QR Cash".

Select account and input the withdrawal amount. Enable ‘Print customer advice’ , if necessary, then slide to confirm.

Tap ‘WITHDRAW NOW’ and proceed to ATM screen. Select ‘WITHDRAW LATER’ if you have not yet arrived any ATM.

Tap on ‘LOCATE SC ATM’ to search for SC ATM locations. Please click HERE for JETCO ATM availability.

Step 4

Press any key on the ATM for cardless withdrawal. Scan the QR code using QR cash function in SC Mobile app.

Cash dispense upon successful withdrawal.

Withdraw later

Get your cash after QR Cash instruction is set up (within 60 minutes validity)

Step 1

Select "QR Cash".

Step 2

You can edit any of the instruction details by tapping on the field. Select ‘WITHDRAW NOW’

Note:
To cancel an instruction, tap the trash bin on the right top corner.

Step 3

Press any key on the ATM for cardless withdrawal. Scan the QR code using QR cash function in SC Mobile app.

Step 4

Cash dispense upon successful withdrawal.

Press any key on the PIN Pad to start cardless withdrawal.

Tap ‘Get Started’ to begin.

QR code will be displayed.
Have your SC Mobile app ready to scan the QR code.

Upon transaction authorization, get your receipt (if applicable) and your cash.

Upon completion, get your transaction advice and cash

Remark: If you would like to have customer advice during withdrawal at JETCO ATMs, click the customer advice option on JETCO ATM screen after scanning QR code.
