SME UnionPay ATM Card (“ATM Card”) (Card number starting with 6229 4850 or 6229 4851) services will be terminated for Small and Medium Enterprises (“SME”) clients in Hong Kong in phases by August 2024 with the actual termination effective date (Effective Date) communicated to ATM card owners via email or direct mail. Please cut the ATM card(s) issued to your company in half and dispose the card(s) properly after the Effective Date. Any changes on the migration schedule will be posted on SME Banking’s website at sc.com/hk/business. Please visit “Important Information” for details.
As a result of the termination of the ATM Card, the 360° Business Rewards Programme (“Programme”) will be terminated in due course with point accumulation to be ceased on 30 November 2024. Please redeem your available points as soon as possible, in any event not later than 31 December 2024 by calling our hotline (852) 2886 6988. This hotline is applicable for all SME clients. Once the Programme is terminated, you will no longer be able to redeem your points. The final termination date of the Programme will be announced on the SME Banking’s website under the “Important Notice” section in due course.
In the meantime, Standard Chartered ATM Card Terms and Conditions (Hong Kong) shall continue to apply until the ATM Card is terminated, and the Terms and Conditions for 360° Business Rewards shall continue to apply until the Programme is terminated.
