Ⓑ Upon successfully signing up for and issued with a Standard Chartered Smart Credit Card, the Bank will rebate a certain percentage of the amount of the Eligible Transactions (“Eligible Transactions”, as defined in Clause 3 of the Standard Chartered Smart Credit Card Rewards Scheme (“Rewards Scheme”) Terms and Conditions ), according to the accumulated spending amount in Eligible Transactions made on a monthly statement cycle basis (“Monthly Eligible Spending”) in the form of CashBack reward (“CashBack”) to the Card account as shown in the table below:

*For the avoidance of doubt, if Cardholder’s Monthly Eligible Spending is less than HKD4,000 in a particular month, Cardholder will not be entitled to any CashBack in that month.
#The 5% CashBack Percentage includes the Basic Cashback, the applicable percentage depends on the tier of the Monthly Eligible Spending.
^The total maximum amount of Eligible Transactions made at Designated Merchants that qualifies for the Extra CashBack (i.e. the 5% Cashback deducting Basic Cashback) is HKD5,000 per Card account within a monthly statement cycle. Any amount of the Eligible Transaction in excess of the HKD5,000 Spending Cap will be counted as Other Eligible Transactions (i.e. Basic Cashback).

Ⓓ Eligible Transactions made at Designated Merchants must be completed and posted during your Statement cycle of each month in 2025 (i.e. the posted transactions as shown in your Credit Card monthly statement) and the Designated Merchants’ name (as determined at the Bank’s absolute discretion) must be reflected as part of the transaction descriptions on such Credit Card monthly statement.
