Notice of Change on Terms and Conditions

  1. With effect from 1 May 2015, the Customer Terms shall be revised.
  2. With effect from 1 May 2015, Customer Terms shall be re-named as Client Terms. Any references to “Customer Terms”, “customer(s)” in all our terms and conditions, Client Terms, and our banking agreement shall be treated as references to “Client Terms” and “client(s)” respectively.
  3. The Terms & Conditions for Tele-electronic Banking Services shall cease to be effective from 1 May 2015 and some of the relevant clauses can be found in the Client Terms. For any documents that refer to this set of Terms & Conditions, please refer to the Client Terms where applicable.
