    2.Click ‘LOGIN’

    3.Click “FORGOT?’

    4.Select one of the options below

    • If you have ATM/Debit Card and ATM PIN (PIN) OR ATM/ Credit Card and Tele-electronic identification number (TIN), select ‘Option 1’.
    • If you only have a credit card but without any Tele-electronic identification number (TIN), select ‘Option 2’

    5.Accept the Terms & Conditions and follow the instructions to reset your Online Banking account

Personal Customer

You may register your ‘Username’ and ‘Password’ at our website using your Phone Banking Card Number and Tele-electronic Banking Identification Number (TIN) or ATM Card Number and Personal Identification Number (PIN) .

If you are a principal cardholder of Standard Chartered Credit Card or Manhattan Card, you may choose to register for “Credit Card eStatement”**. After registration of “Username” and “Password”, you can login to “Credit Card eStatement” or “Standard Chartered Online Banking”, to see your credit card details such as transaction history, payment due date, amount and 360° Reward Points, subscribe for/view your credit card eStatements and set up SMS alerts.

You must receive a One-time Password via your mobile phone number in the Bank’s record* and complete 2-Factor Authentication to complete registration.

Please visit any of our branches to apply for the services. If you are an existing Phone Banking use, you may request for TIN re-issuance via our Customer Service Hotlines. The new TIN will be mailed to your correspondence address in our records after successful application.

Please download the ‘Change of Customer Information Update Request Form‘ and mail the completed form to us at PO Box No. 68383, Kowloon East Post Office or drop it at any of our branches for processing or call our Customer Service Hotline for assistance. Upon receipt and confirmation, your request will be processed within 3-7 working days. If you choose to receive OTP via your overseas mobile phone number, you can simply login to Online Banking and update your other personal details by following the path “Online Banking Home (Personal Details) > Contact details (Edit)” You then can select your preference as overseas mobile number on receiving SMS OTP for Online Banking login.

The touch / face login feature will be disabled immediately when

SME Banking Customer

You may register your ‘Username’ and ‘Password’ at our website using your Business Phone Banking Number and TIN. You must receive a One-time Password via the mobile phone number you registered with your Business Phone Banking* and complete 2-Factor Authentication to complete registration.

Please download the appropriate forms and return completed forms to any of our branches or mail to us at New Account Services – Company Account Team, Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, 17/F, Standard Chartered Tower, 388 Kwun Tong Road, Hong Kong for processing.

Business Phone Banking Number and /or TIN will be mailed to your company’s address after successful application.

How to create a strong password
  • Consist of 8-16 characters
  • Use a mix of numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters, e.g. PcnL9305
  • Avoid using a sequence of letters or numbers, e.g. “1234” or “abcd”
  • Avoid using repeating characters, e.g. ‘111’ or ‘aaa’
  • Do not use your username as the password
  • Avoid using personal information, which are easy to guess, as your password, e.g. name, birthday etc.
  • Do not use the same password that you use to access other services, e.g. ATM PIN, or Phone Banking TIN
This is a lock with cyber background
ALWAYS REMEMBER
  • Never reveal your password to anyone and our bank staff would never ask for your password.
  • Change your password regularly
  • If you suspect any unauthorized access or transactions, please change your password immediately and call our 24-hour Customer Service Hotline at (852)2886-8868 (press 2 6 0) to provide details of the unauthorized access or transaction
