- Can I renew my Priority Pass membership after it expires?
Your Priority Pass membership will be renewed automatically every 12 months from the approval date. During the renewal process, we will validate your eligibility and will inform you of your complimentary visit entitlement via SMS prior to the expiry of your current Priority Pass membership.
A new physical card will be mailed to you when your Priority Pass membership is renewed, and your new expiry date will be reflected in your Priority Pass account. To prevent disruption to your visit during renewal period, please utilise your digital Priority Pass membership card until you receive your physical card.
Please note that if your Standard Chartered Priority Banking Visa Infinite Credit Card, Visa Infinite Credit Card or Journey Credit Card is cancelled, your Priority Pass membership will not be renewed and the Bank will cease the usage of your Priority Pass membership with immediate effect without any notification.
Membership Account
- I have more than one Priority Pass membership. Can I link the accounts into one or tag them to the same Standard Chartered Priority Banking Visa Infinite Credit Card, Visa Infinite Credit Card or Journey Credit Card?
You will not be able to link your accounts and will need to create separate accounts for each membership. All accounts will be reflected in your Priority Pass mobile app with a different Priority Pass membership number. Please log in with the respective membership number for each account. Each Priority Pass membership should also only be linked to the respective credit card used for registration.
- Can I use a different credit card that I did not use for registration to tag to my current Priority Pass membership?
Only your Standard Chartered Priority Banking Visa Infinite Credit Card, Visa Infinite Credit Card or Journey Credit Card can be linked to your Priority Pass membership respectively. Your membership will not be renewed if any other credit card is tagged to your Priority Pass account.
